My client is a newly established Private Equity group based in W1.  We are seeking Team Executive Assistant(s) to join this global group who specialise in technology investments.  This is a temp to perm opportunity.

The culture of this firm is a mix between a Silicon Valley tech business and a Private Equity House; flat hierarchy, nimble, relaxed, extremely hard-working, highly professional and slick.  All in all a class act and the hottest ticket in town!

We are seeking candidates who enjoy this environment.  This is a global firm so it involves highly complex diary and travel management where changes are last minute and accuracy is vital. 

The culture of the firm is very business focused but also relaxed.  An an Executive Assistant it is your role to ensure your team are fully supported (including personal tasks) at all times.  Is this a role where you can switch off your phone until Monday morning?  No. Individuals who count the hours or take issue with being interrupted at weekends to deal with a vital business matter will not thrive here.  You either enjoy this sort of environment or you don't and it's all about attitude.

First and foremost we are seeking candidates who have worked in a boutique financial services firm, who understand this culture and who have solid experience.  By solid experience we mean at least 3 years in a similar role.
