This leading social media agency is currently looking for a part-time Receptionist (5 days a week: 17.00-21.00), who is flexible, proactive, committed and passionate about their work.
The role of Receptionist will include: providing good customer service at all times, being the first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients – making teas/coffees etc. deling with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail, answering phones and checking the voicemail on a daily basis, answering enquiries of clients in a timely fashion, daily post distribution, ordering and control of all stationery and office equipment, general upkeep of the office – ensuring the Reception area is well maintained and kept in order to represent a professional image at all times, booking taxis/couriers, maintaining the booking of the internal meeting rooms and providing general office support.
The shifts required are from 17.00 - 21.00 each night Monday - Friday.
You will need to be motivated and proactive, discreet and tactful at all times and with some good Reception, Administration and Facilities experience. You will also be effecient and organised and with a good head for names and faces.
