An excellent opportunity has arisen for a facilities assistant looking to develop their experience within a supportive, friendly team.

Reporting to the Office Manager, the role of the facilities assistant is to provide first class help-desk support to the office whilst helping with any general administration requests.

Day to day duties are varied and will require you to be on your feet, lifting equipment. From logging calls to the helpdesk and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner to assisting with office moves, this is the ideal opportunity for customer focused assistants who enjoy using their initiative in a professional environment.

The role provides an excellent learning opportunity and benefits include free lunch. Interested candidates should have some basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
