You would be joining a team of receptionists at this ambitious and professional City firm. Covering early and late shifts between 7.00 and 19.00, with a great team and excellent company culture, this role is temporary however this is a really great opportunity for the right person.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls, taking accurate messages and screening when appropriate 
  • Managing couriers and post
  • Ensuring the Reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times and stocked with stationery and business cards
  • Responsible for hospitality, arranging the meeting rooms, organising catering, meeting and greeting and arranging meeting rooms whilst resolving conflicts as they arise; keeping the meeting room calendar updated
  • Liaising with IT to see that they are aware of technical requirements, assisting with resolving IT issues
  • General administration support for employees and visitors

 Requirements:

  • Previous Receptionist experience gained within a blue chip firm or corporate environment
  • Team player who is well presented and has a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm when under pressure
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work a mixture of shifts
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to manage switchboard and deliver accurate messages
