One of the worlds most prestigious law practices has exclusively instructed JM Legal on a brand new Legal PA role within their busy Immigration department, supporting the HOD in a very busy role. The HOD is an incredibly busy Partner, needing extensive diary & inbox management from his PA on a day to day basis, this role holds extensive client contact and plenty of progression for a Legal PA with the right attitude and skill set!

Legal PA - Immigration Law

The successful legal PA will be working on a 1:4 basis including the busy HOD. Whilst the HOD will demand most available time at attention, other members of the allocation (Associate level) will require assistance with both administrative and organisational tasks. The HOD is involved in lots of Business Development work on behalf of the firm, and the successful Legal PA will be expected to be comfortable assisting in this area, as well as dealing extensively with his high profile clientele.

Legal PA - Immigration Law

The successful Legal PA must possess the following skills/experience:

- At least 3 years experience as a Legal PA with a recognised law practice
- A recognised Legal Secretarial qualification or equivalent practical experience
- A tested typing speed of at least 60wpm (JM Legal can provide testing)
- Experience of working as a Legal PA within Immigration law would be advantageous, but not essential - other areas of law will be considered!
