PA to Business Services / HR Department

An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the worlds leading law firms based in Central London. My client, an international law firm with offices across the world, are currently looking for an accomplished Personal Assistant to work within their Business Services & HR department. This role would suit an experienced PA with either Legal or Professional Services experience, preferably having supported a HR or BS services in the past although this is not essential.

The successful PA will be supporting members of a busy Business Services & HR department in both an administrative and organisational capacity - perfect for any PA looking to escape document work forever! Diary management is an integral part of this role, therefore any PA hoping to be considered for this position must have experience of undertaking complex diary management on behalf of a large team.

PA to Business Services / HR Department

The successful PA will be expected to possess the following skills/experience:

- Good academic background, ideally educated to A-level standard or has equivalent professional experience. Must have at least 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, to include Maths and English.

- Formal secretarial qualification and/or proven track record of at least 3 years experience working as a PA, preferably in a professional, service driven environment.

- Advanced technical skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
