The HR Department of this prestigious, long established and highly acclaimed International Private Bank is seeking a dynamic and ambitious HR Co-ordinator - Graduate Section to assist with the global attraction and recruitment for the International Graduate Programme and Summer Internship Programme.
This crucial role requires a graduate with 2 + years' experience recruiting at a graduate or early careers level with outstanding organisational talents and the skills to handle a pressured, busy workload with tight deadlines whilst remaining calm and highly professional at all times.
German or another European language would be a bonus.
This role requires attendance at Graduate Recruitment Events throughout Europe as required.

To be successful in this HR Co-ordinator - Graduate Section role, you will have:
*Degree level education or equivalent
*2 + years' experience recruiting at Graduate or early careers level
*Ideally knowledge of contracts of employment, visas etc
*IT literacy with experience using databases
*Ability to work effectively at a fast pace
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ambitious and positive approach
*Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Additional languages such as German would be advantageous, but not essential
*Willingness to attend Europe-wide events outside working hours
Key areas of accountability within this HR Co-ordinator - Graduate Section position include:
*Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Manager with planning and implementing a hiring strategy
*Co-ordinating advertising and managing job postings
*Organising and facilitating recruitment events on and off campus
*Attending events as required
*Screening CVs and conducting telephone, Skype and face-to-face interviews
*Processing applications, reviewing assessments and managing pipelines
*Additional sourcing of candidates
*Handling candidate queries at all points
*Tracking sources of applications
*Assisting with the on-boarding process of successful candidates
