EA to CEO in Fashion

A global clothing brand with fantastic offices in central London is looking for an organised EA to look after their dynamic CEO. A role that is at the heart of the business, the CEO is looking for an EA with whom he can form a great working partnership who is trustworthy and reliable.

As EA to the CEO, your role will include the following:

• Diary management
• International travel booking and itineraries
• Drafting and editing internal and external communication
• Managing email correspondence
• Social media management
• Acting as gatekeeper
• Being an ambassador of the company’s core values
• Research and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in all manner of things
• Amending PowerPoint presentations
• Event management to include organising the Christmas party
• Personal requests to include booking holidays, Drs appointments etc.
• Advising and representing the CEO both internally and externally
• Always being one step ahead and flexible to last-minute changes
• Managing the Receptionist/Office Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively

• Experience as a PA/EA
• Excellent IT and MS Office skills
• Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills
• Calm under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities
