PA to Managing Partner

What started as a boutique law firm has now become somewhat of a powerhouse within its specialist sector and, due to some internal promotion, a plumb role has arisen for an experienced International Dispute Resolution/Litigation PA to work for the London Managing Partner. If you wish to be considered, it is essential that you have worked at a similar level in a previous role and will be able to show solid experience of working at board level and dealing with highly confidential information. You will be highly polished, immaculately presented and be able to boast solid International Dispute Resolution/Litigation experience at a similar level in a leading City/US law firm. The hours for the role will be 9.30am to 5.30pm with some flexibility for occasional overtime. Your duties will involve booking extensive international travel, dealing will clients internationally to book meetings and handling plenty of personal work for the Managing Partner as well as being involved with some very high level contentious cases.
