Operations Manager

The job

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, improvement and execution of all manufacturing operations including production, planning, quality, safety, maintenance and site supply chain to meet annual objectives and KPI's in conformance with company procedures and all applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

You will lead, develop and inspire your direct reports to set and manage performance goals by demonstrating an effective coaching and mentoring plus maintain a culture of continuous improvement where employees are encouraged to explore more cost effective solutions to production and supply chain processes.

Your experience

To be considered for the Operations Manager job, you will be educated to a degree level or equivalent and be able to demonstrate substantial supply chain/operational experience at management level within the food manufacturing industry. You will also be commercially aware, be passionate about continuous improvement, have demonstrable knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma plus an extensive understanding of retail customer and BRC requirements.
