Global Insurance firm urgently require a bright and flexible Office Administrator to support a variety of functions (HR, Marketing, Facilities and Finance) within the business. Working closely with the senior EA, you will provide effective and efficient support - this is a fantastic opportunity for an applicant looking to utilise and further expand their existing skill set.
Responsibilities will include database management, liaising with building manager and security, setting up internal meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, expenses management, event coordination, recruitment administration, new employee set up and more! In addition, you will cover front of house reception one day a week and back up support for holiday cover.

Skills and requirements:
- A smart/ professional appearance (this is a client facing role)
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills

- Some previous experience of facilities / HR and Office management preferable
