Have a Training Contract? 12 Month FTC: US Law Firm Require 2 Corporate Paralegals, £30-35,000

One of the most successful US Law firms is looking to recruit two new paralegals/Legal Assistants to join their busy London office to assist with all departments, however predominantly Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A.  This firm is looking to hire candidates who already have Training Contracts in place for either September 2018/March 2019 and are flexible on the experience (meaning if you have high level experience or purely vacation scheme work you will be considered) required as the salary will be flexible dependent on experience although it  will still be somewhere in the region of £30-35,000.  Duties will include assisting with money laundering, performing company searches, performing internet/press/library searches, reviewing verification/offering documents, assisting with due diligence on mergers and acquisitions, corporate housekeeping, e.g. statutory books and Companies House forms, creating know-how databases, proofreading and creating mark-ups to amend various legal documents and any other duties as required.  Offices are based in the City and candidates must have a flexible attitude to overtime as there will be plenty of opportunity of working paid overtime.
