A fantastic opportunity for a hard-working candidate to join a property developer based in St James as an administrator.

The role initially being  a 7 month contract which can then potentially progress into a permanent position. The successful candidate will be down to earth, hard-working, intelligent and bright with a muck-in, nothing is too much trouble attitude.

The successful candidate will be confident with their MS office skills including; word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint. Duties will include the following but will not be limited to:

General administrative support;

  • Assistance in Departmental projects and ad-hoc Company projects;
  • Production of standard minutes
  • Committee support
  • Maintenance of Department’s systems
  • Providing accurate and professional responses to both internal and external queries
  • Organisation of diaries/meetings
  • Travel booking
  • Processing of expenses
  • Arranging Purchase Orders / payment of invoices where necessary
  • Recording departmental spend and monitoring spend against budget
  • Fielding telephone calls
  • General filing
  • Assisting the PA to Group Counsel & Company Secretary

    The successful candidate will have solid experience within a similar role and will be able to come in and hit the ground running.
