An unique opportunity has arisen within a fantastic boutique Fashion/Interior business in West London. Our client, an experienced and entrepreneurial designer, is looking for an Executive Assistant to come on board to support her with the day to day running of the Design Consultancy. You will be based in stunning offices which have beautiful work spaces to showcase their materials and to meet with clients. A really lovely daily setting for an impressive EA.
This role will see you supporting with all business aspects such as diary management, international travel bookings including hotels/visas/accommodation/flights to their design factories and European launches. You will be a gatekeeper, screening calls, scheduling appointments, updating documents and taking minutes during important meetings. There is opportunity to become involved in events including client lunches and attending product launches. You will be able to think on your feet and use your initiative within this small team as there will be times when you will be required to run the studio and manage any workload which comes your way.
The successful candidate will have 2/3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. An interest in Fashion/Interiors is certainly beneficial. You will be able with purchase orders, delivery schedules and sending packages to prospective clientele and customers. A friendly, personable and hardworking nature is key. This role offers a superb work/life balance.
Salary: up to £35k (dependant on experience)
Hours: 9-5:30pm
