CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Our client, based in the heart of the West End is currently looking for a corporate receptionist to come in and cover for four weeks.

You will work alongside one other receptionist and your shift hours will be 730am - 4.30pm

Duties will include

Answering phones - transferring calls / taking messages

Meeting and greeting clients

Booking meeting rooms, setting up and clearing at the end of meetings

Ensuring that the front of house area is neat and tidy.

Booking couriers and taxis

Handling incoming and outgoing mail

Liaising with PA's regarding meetings

Setting up for lunches and preparing food (plating)

You will have relevant experience from a corporate background. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to keep calm whilst under pressure and multi-task. Able to deal with high profile clients and be confident in your ability as a top receptionist.
