My client based in London is looking for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to join their head office. This will be a varied and busy role where you will be able to get stuck into different aspects of the business.

My client is an award winning FMCG company/Retailer based in London. They specialise in both sourcing and selling products to many restaurants, hotels and shops around the UK.
Description
The role of Personal Assistant/Office Manager will involve among other things:
- Maintaining office systems including data management and filing
- Liaising with external contacts and clients
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Attending meetings
- Screening phone calls and acting as gatekeeper
- Dealing with incoming email and post
- Managing the budget and recording expenses
- Overseeing recruitment for the office
You will also be expected to get involved with other areas of the business on an ad-hoc basis as and when they may need your support.
Profile
The suitable candidate for Personal Assistant/Office Manager must be/have:
