Our client is a leading Project Management Consultancy who are looking for a Facilities Assistant/Office Services Assistant to the Facilities Manager in the Head Office based in Central London. Ideally this role suits someone who is quite practical, hands on, someone that can get their hands dirty and fix minor things but still fit into a corporate environment. Paying £25K + bens.

Starting ASAP and ideally interviews this week

Facilities Assistant duties:

•             Copy room support - Document printing and finishing

•             Order furniture from suppliers

•             1st line support for desk related ergonomic issues

•             2nd line support for soft service issues such as cleaners and reception cover

•             Help with meeting room / office furniture set ups

•             Conduct building checks as required by Facilities Manager

  • Reporting cleaning and maintenance faults

•             Archive support

•             Issue security passes

  • Light handyman duties including investigating issues, changing lightbulbs and carrying out minor repairs
  • Assist Facilities Manager when required
  • Liaise with FM Team, contractors and internal clients when required

Must be:  

•             Computer literate

•             Good communication skills

  • Basic understanding of building maintenance
  • Hands on
