Leading private equity firm seeking Team Assistant in a newly created role. Working within this highly supportive and welcoming firm, you will be fully responsible for the organisation and management of global travel, the coordination of numerous meetings (both internal and external), expense management and so much more for your team. The team will rely on you fully; to the extent that you may have to remind them about meetings, equip them for those meetings and ensure they are in the right place at the right time. Within this well established and well run office, you must be of the mind-set whereby nothing is too much trouble, you enjoy bringing value and assisting wherever and however you can.

Ideally you will have gained a minimum of 3 years previous team secretarial/administrative experience gained within the financial services industry. This position requires absolute attention to detail, accuracy, superb organisational skills and the ability to pre-empt and work in a proactive manner.
