My client, an award winning, dynamic global media company is looking for a proactive and organised PA with fantastic communication skills, to support the Group Director of Communications plus team. This is a great role and a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment.

This is a busy and diverse role where you will be responsible for providing essential right hand support to the Group Director, plus back up support to the wider PR and communications team. You will get involved with extensive diary, travel and email management, preparing info for meetings, organising key events, creating PowerPoint presentations, building strong relationships with clients and being the 'go to' person. You will also provide wider support to the team including managing holiday and sickness records, project coordination, ad hoc admin such as stationery ordering and in general looking after the smooth running of the office such as dealing with any facilities or IT issues. This is such a fantastic, interesting and involved role in a great team environment!

To be considered for this role you must have gained the above PA experience, ideally within the media industry, a corporate creative environment or consultancy. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, you must be highly organised, very proactive and demonstrate a positive, 'can do' attitude. You must be used to working in a busy matrix organisation, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will also be happy to roll up your sleeves and muck in, and you will have excellent MS Office skills.
