Join one of our flagship front of house teams at Office Concierge working within one of the most high profile buildings in the City of London. Previous front of house reception experience is necessary within this role and our client is looking for a candidate who understands how to provide a five star meet and greet service and work as part of a larger reception team to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided onsite. 

Salary: £25,000pa + 
Hours: Monday-Friday - 45 hours per week: Rotational shift between 0700hrs- 1900hrs (inclusive of paid lunch hour daily) 
Uniform: bespoke uniform provided 
Benefits: provided by OC 

The job role responsibilities will entail: 

  • Meeting and greeting all tenants and visitors to the building 
  • Proving consistently high levels of customer service excellence 
  • Meeting room management skills 
  • Helping with catering needs and the Events diary 
  • Acting as the face of the OC brand as well as this flagship building 
  • Providing support to the Lobby Manager and helping Building management 

The main things our client will be looking for include: 

 A friendly and professional personality 
 Someone who can handle complaints calmly and efficiently 
 A candidate who values and understands teamwork and communication 
 Someone who is extremely organised and process driven 
 Strong passion for customer service and FOH work 
 Strong systems experience i.e. switchboard, meeting room booking systems.
