Team Assistant

A forward thinking investment bank based in a great City location, seeks a bright, organised and enthusiatic Team Assistant to take on a busy, varied and rewarding role.

Supporting within the Finance division, this demanding role needs someone that is highly proactive and keen to get things done. An effective communicator, you will liaise with various levels of seniority within the bank, so maturity and professionalism is key along with a willingness to work outside of a 9 - 5 schedule as and when the needs of the team requires.

Responsibilities:

• Process expenses
• Proactive diary management
• Scheduling internal/external meetings
• Preparing detailed and complex travel schedules
• Supporting Senior management

You must have at least 3 years' experience as a Team Assistant, preferably within Finance (banking would be a bonus!). This is an ongoing temporary role with a client that would add fantastic experience to your CV, and looks to retain oustanding employees who show promise.

This role is paying £17.00 per hour with a very competitive overtime rate.
