The Company
This well known, global social media platform have an opportunity for a Team Assistant to support a global product marketing team. Amazing offices, lots of perks including free daily meals!!
The Role
Day to day your role will be varied and responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments, coordinating complex travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, processing expenses and assisting with a range of ad-hoc projects.
The Candidate
To be considered for the opportunity, you must:
- Have experience supporting a team
- Strong administrative experience
- Ideally have worked for a global organisation
- Ability to start straight away
