A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project & Events Coordinator within a leading financial and private investment company based in the West End.
With lovely offices in a fabulous location, this role with focus heavily on client services and dealing with the company’s major projects. You should have a can-do attitude and ability to work closely with the wider team. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships, decision making and coordinating international travel for multiple clients.
Please note that this role is not a standard 9-5 position and the appropriate candidate should be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays to coordinate their VIP guests’ attendance at football events.
Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ event management experience, excellent communication skills, confident, trustworthy with the ability to work confidentially. You should have a keen understanding and interest in international culture and football, committed, flexible and ideally speak a second language fluently.
