A dynamic executive search firm based in the Central London is looking for an EA/Office Manager to support the Managing Director and take on office management responsibilities for an office of 20 people.

Duties & responsibilities:

This role would suit a bright and pro-active EA who enjoys a fast paced, client facing environment. MUST HAVE RECENT Executive search experience ideally working as an EA looking for the next step up or as an established Office Manager.

The role purpose is to ensure the smooth running of search assignments which includes extensive diary management, client and candidate relationship management; and creation of high quality documents using word, excel and power point.

They require an EA to fully assist the MD in the search process and understand the specific requirements of each client. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of the office.

Key duties:

  • Extensive and complex diary management across time zones
  • Arranging complex travel/itineraries across time zones
  • Liaise with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Management of the office - stationary, facilities, IT, HR, Recruitment
  • Utilising the database to update all information
  • Produce accurate documentation, take meeting notes and action points
  • Creating candidate report templates
  • Build up professional relationships externally and internally
  • Managing expenses and accounts
  • Producing high level of PowerPoint presentations and excel reports

    Must have advanced IT skills and must be accustomed to working within fast paced, dynamic environments.
