This is a truly fantastic opportunity for an experienced office manager to help to set up new offices for a hugely exciting, entrepreneurial and innovative tech company. They are looking to double in size over the next 6 months and looking for someone to support the office during this important time. These are new offices and a new role overseeing the busy office and based on reception. The role will include:
- Office management related duties such as stationary order, ordering office supplies e.t.c.
- Coordination of travel schedules which includes booking fights, hotels and transport
- Meeting coordination
- Event organisation – Christmas Party/ Team BBQ’s/ Offsite Meetings etc.
- Office refurbishment / Ordering furniture
- Full reception cover
You will need to have at least three years Office Manager experience, have experience working for a company going through growth and be able to start immediately. Apply now!
