Based in N20, West Hampstead, this PA / Office Manager role is working for a small, friendly family-run Property company with a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial lets.
This exceptional opportunity would be perfect for an adaptable, organised PA / Office Manager from a smaller company, ideally with some property experience, to provide PA and secretarial support to Directors and handle HR issues, facilities and the day-to-day running of the office.
This is a busy, fast-paced role requiring lots of hands-on organisation and liaison at Board level. It would suit a friendly and approachable PA / Office Manager, ideally with some property experience, but mostly the personality to fit in to a small, thriving business where the culture is relaxed and friendly as well as focussed on making new acquisitions to take the company from strength to strength.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

To be successful in this PA / Office Manager role, you will have:
*Previous secretarial / PA / administrative experience, ideally within property management
*Good MS Office skills
*Brilliant organisational talents

*Punctual and reliable nature
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
*Flexible and adaptable approach
Key accountabilities in this PA / Office Manager role include:
*Organising travel
*Producing correspondence and presentations
*Typing from dictation
*Taking minutes at meetings
*Maintaining filing
*Overseeing day-to-day office management issues and ordering stationery, stock etc
*Managing facilities and office maintenance
*Creating reports, focusing on rent arrears
*Managing land registry access and providing documents
*Managing HR system and HR matters including annual leave, payroll support, sickness, new starters etc
