Customer Service Administrator

You will be working for a small but well established business who supply innovative and fashionable products to the interior design sentor. 

This customer focussed role will include both email, telephone and face-to-face customer service to resolve enquiries and escalate if necessary. You will also be involved with order processing, logistics and ad-hoc support with events, marketing, finances and much more besides. 

We are looking for immediately available candidates with customer service experience. You may come from a retail environment but must have some office experience. 

This role will ideally suit candidates from South East London or those who can reach the area easily.
