Your new role
In this role you will be providing first class Customer Service Leadership. You will be operationally leading and managing a well established customer service team, who are primarily managing inbound calls and emails from B2B clients. This will be a hands on team leader role, which will see you manage your own set of clients and contracts, whilst overseeing the professional service of your team. You will be seen as a figure head who leads by example and develops you team by engagement and support.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate's CV will clearly demonstrate that they have successfully managed a B2B Customer Service Team previously. You will need to provide examples on your CV of responsibilities and achievements within B2B Customer Service Team Leadership. Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader who has directly lead a team. You will need to have exceptional IT skills including MI reporting, great multi-level engagement skills and the ability to inspire others.

What you'll get in return
This role is a temp to perm position, which is expected to take place between 12 and 14 weeks. This role is a full time role 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri. £15 PH base rate, £16.81 PH including holiday pay.
