My client an Independent Financial organisation based in the West End are seeking a confident and highly organised Senior Financial Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team.

Your duties will be to provide support the Founder of the business on a 1:1 basis as well as clients, Financial Planners & Senior Account Managers & Executives in their day to day requirements. This also includes Account Management for Financial planners and Account Managers.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Manage planner's diaries and book client new business and review meetings.
*Attend meeting, conference and seminars.
*Process all private Client related new business and servicing queries.
*Liaise and build relationships with other functions/departments to ensure all aspects of development, change and ongoing activities are clearly communicated by the company.
*Prepare all documentation and meeting packs for planners.
*Diary Management, preparing packs for meetings etc. Travel arrangements, lunches etc.
*Communicating with different management & wealth companies.
*Letter writing to clients
*Using the in house systems to record client details & information accurately.

Candidate specification:
*Experience within a finance organisation is essential including strong knowledge of financial planning, claims etc.
*Strong Administration skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Confident and friendly.
*Strong MS Office skills, including Word & Excel.

Salary up to £40K.
