Our Client, an International Consultancy are seeking a HR Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established and friendly business.

Key Responsibilities:
*Ensuring all HR Processes are effective and up to date
*Oversee all disciplinary, actions and grievance appeal cases
*Providing HR and employment law advice (both verbal and written)
*General advice on practical implementation of policies and procedures
*Identify and advise on all areas of concern relating to HR issues.
*Managing HR advisors and ensuring they are advising and supporting managers when required
*Advising on any tribunal cases and negotiate settlements
*keep up to date with legislation such as TUPE and Redundancy regulations, implement HR legislation and coach managers

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years HR management experience and be CIPD qualified.
