You can not work at a better Investment Bank. This is an amazing opportunity for a polished PA to join the Equity Research team for this leading Investment Bank. You will be hired as a Float EA, supporting across the teams within Equity Research. You will be supporting from associate levels up to MD level. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management
• complex and changing travel arrangements
• arranging meetings on and off site
• processing expenses
• fielding calls for the team
• assist with teams marketing plans
• organise events, lunches, conferences and roundtable dinners

You must have previous banking experience or be from a blue chip corporate firm, with transferable senior level PA skills. You must be polished and professional with strong communication skills. This role is offered on a temporary on-going basis for up to 20 months.

This is a fast paced environment and requires an EA who is switched on and proactive able to deal with changing demands
