This very prestigious brand based in the heart of London is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Client Service Administrator to become an integral part of their boutique team. Your goal will be to ensure that an excellent level of Customer Service is consistently delivered to all of their clients.

This is a busy and diverse role and will be focused on the administration side of their Client Service experience.

***This role is based in the office of a luxury store in store and is fully time / 5 days per week. You will work on rota basis that will include weekend and evening work. Any evening/weekend work will result in time off in lieu.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Client Service Administrator you will be located within the boutique back office where the heart of our operations run. Typical responsibilities will include

• Carrying out quality checks prior to products being submitted to service

• Allocating repairs to the suitable workshops

• Handling daily client queries both over the phone and via email

• Creating estimations for repairs and queries

• Ensuring adequate follow up and service timeframes are communicated to our clients

In addition, you will be a vital point of support for other boutiques ensuring that you can support throughout

times of high service activity.
