Receptionist / PA / OM

Our client, a prestigious investor based in the West End currently has a new opening for a Receptionist to look after front of house as well as carry out PA and Office Management duties.

This is a small office so you need to be happy with this environment and be able to come in and hit the ground running and use your initiative.  

Your duties will vary from ensuring that the front of house area is running smoothly - phones - handling and taking message when required in a confident manner, meeting and greeting high profile clients, ensuring the meeting rooms are set up with refreshments etc.  Organise couriers and taxis and handle all incoming and outgoing mail.  Order stationery and office consumables.  Ensure that the office and reception area is neat and tidy at all times.  Liaising with the Accountants regarding monthly book-keeping and budgets  Paying invoices. Liaising with the landlord regarding the office and any building issues.  PA duties will include diary and travel management.  Any ad-hoc duties.

You will enjoy being a real go to person, have excellent communication skills at all levels and be able to deal with anything that is thrown at you.  You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload.  Presentation is also key.
