MATERNITY COVER - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT MANAGER AND OFFICE MANAGER

Our client, a global leader in their field currently has a maternity cover position to come in and hit the ground running and provide a seamless service. 

You will have a team of direct reports to you which consists of EA's, Reception and Facilities as well as overseeing the EA wider team which consists of about 40 other EA's.  As well as this side of the position you will be responsible for the Office Management side as well and ensuring that Front of House runs smoothly.

This is a very fast paced role where you will have to deal with things at the drop of a hat. You will also work very close with HR and the Business Partners.

You will be first point of contact for all the EA's dealing with any issues that may arise - personal or business. You will also ensure that sickness and holidays are covered .  You will be responsible for directly managing your team of direct reports.  EA hiring - being part of the recruitment team and ensuring that new starters are fully onboarded and their training organised.  

With regards to the front of house area you will ensure that the team are providing a five star service and that all meetings rooms are in good working order.  You will ensure that the reception area is fully manned and ensure that sickness and holidays are covered.  Ensure that everything runs efficiently for any client events within the organisation.

Office Management duties - ensure that all relationships with suppliers and contracts are maintained and new contracts negotiated.  Managing the Facilities Manager as well as working closely with IT for any IT related issues within the organisation. Manage fire drills and attend regular meetings regarding building security.  Point of contact for any maintenance issues and any internal office moves. Ensure that new joiners are settled in with regards to desks etc.  Health and Safety issues which will include PAT testing and assessments throughout ensuring all certificates are up to date.  Ad-hoc related projects.

You will have had previous relevant experience within a corporate environment.  Able to pick up systems and processes quickly and hit the ground running.  Work well under pressure.  Enjoy looking after a team and have a good understanding of the EA role.  Excellent communication skills and able to deal with demanding Partners.  

THIS IS A TWELVE MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT.
