PA TO HR DIRECTOR: Global law firm based in the heart of the City, require experienced PA to work for their HR Director. The Director is a leading light within the industry and seen as an inspirational leader to many. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to use their experience and education to flourish in this pivotal PA role.
PA TO HR DIRECTOR:
This role involves a mixture of a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks, the management and organisation of various activities in order to ensure aspects of departmental administration and diaries of the members of the HR team are appropriately managed. Due to the highly confidential nature of providing administrative support to the Director and Head of L&D aspects of the role involve an exceptionally high degree of confidentiality with regard to the production of documents, the content of correspondence and the content of oral communications. This requires a high degree of organisational skills to ensure that written material is securely maintained and a degree of detachment to ensure that confidential issues are not disclosed.
PA TO HR DIRECTOR:
Provide proactive, efficient and effective PA support to the HR Director, Head of HR Operations and Head of Learning & Development including:
- Diary management
- Email management
- Data analysis and preparation of presentations
- Managing and co-ordinating team meetings
- Ownership of HR administration such as the HR distribution lists, organisation charts, HR insight and folders within the electronic document management system
- Driving effective communications across the global function including the blog and the townhalls
PA TO HR DIRECTOR:
- Experience of working effectively across teams/functions
- Experience of working effectively across cultures, aware of regional structure
PA TO HR DIRECTOR:
- Articulate and confident in communicating at all levels within and outside the organisation (written and verbal)
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Well organised and able to cope with heavy workload, using initiative to plan ahead, set and reset priorities, dealing with ever changing demands
- Strong client service orientation - proactive, adaptable, flexible and responsive
PA TO HR DIRECTOR:
MS Office, Outlook
- Strong organisational/self-management skills
- Proven IT skills and an interest in new ways of doing things
- Strong Powerpoint, Word, Excel skills
- Numerate
