We have a lovely new role on for a Receptionist / Administrator for an extremely high end company. We are looking for someone immediately available or on a short notice period. 

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in an all round role including, Office Management, PA and Reception. You will be able to make this role your own. 

You will be the face of the company, the first point of contact for clients and the only support staff therefore you will need to be confident well spoken, articulate and well presented.

Previous experience within a similar role.

Duties include:

  • Welcoming all clients 
  • Answering the telephone and screen and direct calls appropriately 
  • Take and relay messages for colleagues 
  • Assist callers with any queries 
  • Sort incoming mail and deliveries
  • Organise couriers and taxis for clients and colleagues 
  • Manage appointment diary and organise conference calls and meeting room bookings
  • Co-ordinate meetings and organise catering for meetings 
  • Monitor and maintain all office equipment
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Process invoices
  • Liaise with accountants to assist with monthly bookkeeping and monthly budgets
  • Liaise with travel, phone and IT companies for UK office
  • Book travel arrangements for UK staff
  • Liaise with UK landlord as necessary for building and service related issues
