OFFICE MANAGER

Our client based in Mayfair currently has an exciting new opportunity for an Office Manager to join this vibrant creative environment.

This is a fast paced role working to many deadlines so you will be used to working well under pressure and able to prioritise your workload accordingly.

You will be the main point of contact for all office management duties to ensure the smooth running of the office as well as their other branches. You will deal with all suppliers and agreements including IT and Office Services updating on regular basis.  Responsible for office supplies and equipment.  Any office moves from start to finish.  You will also book travel for all the executives within the office. Oversee joiners and leavers. Budget management and expenses. The company database and systems as well assisting HR from time to time. Cover for holidays and sickness. Health and Safety and First Aid policies. Regular PAT testing.  Producing reports for management and getting involved in any special projects. 

You will have previous experience working within a fast paced environment.  Excellent communications skills as well as IT.  Able to multi-task and deal with anything that is thrown at you. Hard working, professional and focussed as well as being completely flexible.  Able to handle confidential information.
