P/T permanent Receptionist wanted for global publishing company based in the City!

My client, a leading publishing house based in the city are seeking a proactive and forward thinking part time Receptionist to join their friendly and hard working team.

The role:

• Working Monday to Wednesday 8am – 4pm. Additional hours may be required to ensure coverage when necessary.
• Manage the switchboard and welcome guests at reception in a polite, clear and timely manner
• Replenish catering supplies and arrange and set up any catering needed for meetings
• Communicate with staff to relay messages and inform them of visitors and packages
• Order Taxis and couriers as and when required
