EA with Projects

A unique opportunity has arisen for a first class EA to join this leading Fintech Company supporting the Head of IT during this busy time of expansion. Working on a 1-1 basis the role will have two elements to it; firstly you will provide traditional EA support to include extensive email management along with coordinating back to back meetings and ensuring your very busy boss is where he needs to be and his diary is managed effectively. The second part of the role will be project based and will suit someone who wants to develop this further. This will suit someone who has a proactive approach to all they do and can push back in order to get the best of their boss’s day.

You must a proven track record dealing with heavy email management and be able to demonstrate a forward thinking and open approach to all you do. In return you will have the opportunity to work for this evolving and exciting company as they move in to the next faze of their development.
