We are looking for a highly experienced Private PA to join a lovely family based here in London but with several properties around the world. You must have experience working as a Private PA, including dealing with UHNWIs and a solid understanding of 5* service, working at a very fast pace, ensuring that everything is running as smoothly as possible for the family.
The family travel a lot, you will be coordinating this, liaising closely with the House Manager, Chief of Staff and all other members of the household. They are extremely busy and its up to you to run a very tight ship to make their lives easier. You must be heavily process driven, someone who will implement new systems as the family and their property portfolio grows.
You must have at least 4 years’ experience working for UHWNIs, in a similar position.
