We have just taken on an excellent temp to permanent opportunity for a Receptionist/Team Assistant to join a leading, entrepreneurial financial services firm, based in the City. They are a mid-sized firm with around 110 people in their London office. The role is a mixture of Receptionist (25%) and Team Assistant (75%) responsibilities.
 
Based on reception, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the firm, therefore it is imperative that you represent them positively as a brand ambassador, and always maintain a seamless level of customer service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting, managing the switchboard, serving tea and coffee, arranging couriers and sorting post.
 
In addition to this, your admin support will involve; organising international travel, managing diaries, processing expenses and invoices as well as helping with other administrative tasks for the legal and compliance teams such as printing and binding. The admin team are made up of three people in London and are all very close knit and a great little team.
 
The client is looking for someone with a muck-in attitude, who can be a team player and has a great work ethic. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential, as well as strong experience within a customer service environment.
 
The core hours are 8:30 - 6pm and the client will offer up to £30,000 for the right person along with an excellent benefits package.
