EA to CEO of Luxury Brand

A well- known luxury brand is looking for an EA to support the founder. This job would be really varied and great for an experienced EA.

Duties will include:

•             Assisting the Creative Director/ Founder in the writing of various media outlets

•             Managing the invoicing

•             Occasional Personal PA duties including liaising with the housekeeper

•             Dealing with customers and assisting in all areas of the business when needed

•             Assisting with the planning of corporate sales opportunities with the General Manager

•             Prepare and edit Correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
