Our client are a globally renowned restaurant chain with restaurants all over the world with their UK headquarters in North London.

Description

This role will be working within the Legal team of this global brand and your main duties as the 'Document and Transaction Coordinator will be :

  • To support the In-house Legal team with all general departmental administration duties
  • Maintaining and updating databases, virtual records and document management system
  • Support on production of transactional documents, including formatting, numbering, cross-referencing, copying plans and other attachments, printing and binding.
  • Archiving and recording transaction files
  • Arranging for transfer of funds and making payments in connection with real estate and franchising transactions
  • Researching and negotiating cost of additional resources and services to support real estate and franchising transactions (eg. DX, doc management system)

Profile

We are seeking a bright, efficient, professional and diligent Administrator / Coordinator.

The successful candidate will have the following critical skills:

  • Highly organised and efficient with good attention to detail

  • Strong people skills and ability to build an internal network

  • Team player with collaborative approach and "can-do" attitude.

  • High level of computer and administrative skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Adaptable and approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness

  • Some experience within a legal function and/or previous involvement with property transactions is not essential but will be an advantage.
