Paragon Personnel is a boutique specialist Consultancy, established in 1989 providing Executive Assistants and business support staff. Our main client profile is City professions - Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Equity and Hedge Funds: with clients to include JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Blackrock and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. We have an excellent relationships with our clients and candidates who recommend us for our individual service, integrity and peronal approach.

We have a great team that are very supportive; we share candidates to ensure that the client and candidate get the best opportunities Paragon can offer. Whilst we all have experience, we enjoy sharing ideas and will brain storm to ensure we give the best service to all our clients and candidates alike. We work hard, but believe in a work/life balance. Our standard office hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm

We are now looking for a Traniee Recruitment Consultant to take advantage of the present busy market. This role will be initially focused on building up new business within Financial Services, naturally evolving into a Recruitment Consultant developing a sustainable client base.

Key responsibilities

Business Development Executive:

  • Researching and collating information for business development activities
  • Developing new business through networking, sales calls & market research
  • Working closely with the MD to brainstorm new ways of developing new business
  • Following up on warm leads

Recruitment Consultant:

  • Building strong client and candidate relationships
  • Sourcing/screening and interviewing candidates
  • Briefing and submitting individuals for relevant roles/preparing them for interviews
  • Advertising clients roles
  • Managing both temporary and permanent vacancies.
