PA to CFO - Global Marketing Agency

My client, an exciting Global Marketing Advertising agency are looking for a top class PA to support the Chief Financial Officer. The role requires an enthusiastic and pro-active PA with exceptional organisational skills and a solid knowledge of advertising and creative departments. Based in central London is stunning offices, you will be surrounded by a vibrant and passionate team of likeminded people. 

On a daily basis your role will include being the first point of contact for the CFO, acting as a gatekeeper in an approachable but effective way. You will manage up, to ensure everyone is where they need to be at all times and will manage all logistics (travel, diary, conference calls, visas etc). You will also deal with organising client enterainment, events and expenses as required and will help with any ad hoc admin as required.

To be considered for this role you MUST have at least 5 years’ experience as a PA/EA within advertising. You will be confident, diplomatic and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal). You must take ownership of your work and be persistent and a problem solver – you should take real pride in your work. You should have Advanced Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and do so in a professional and positive way while being suited to a creative company!
