(Temp/Perm) Team Assistant in CEO’S Office

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant to join a fast paced sports organisation based in central London to come on board as a Team Support. The main part of the role will to come on and assist the activities with the management team and provide support when and where it is needed.

The successful candidate will be confident within the role and have experience within a similar position; you must have exposure to diary management, you will also have strong MS Office skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Main duties will included but are not limited to:

  • 60% helping support the CEO and Chair
  • 40% strategy support!
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries, with necessary supporting documentation Welcome visitors.
  • Identify priorities and level of urgency of unscheduled visits using discretion to determine whether or not to interrupt current meetings or arrange future appointments as appropriate.
  • Attendance at meetings to take minutes if required.
  • Ordering stationery and other office consumables as required.
  • Ensuring technology within the department is useable
  • Manage the initial induction of new starters and departure of leavers
