Customer Service Advisor
A temporary to permanent helpdesk support role in North Hampshire, paying £10 per hour, plus holiday pay, completing customer support duties - immediate start.

You will be joining a dynamic and cutting edge service delivery team, who provide exceptional support to its customer base.
Your new role
You'll become a member of an already established; high performing support team, whose aims is to deliver outstanding help desk customer service support. The team is hard working, approachable, friendly and provides a great telephone support service. You will be responsible for managing the expectation of its varying customer base. You will be the link between their clients and the engineering division coordinating plan, scheduled and emergency engineering services. Their clients are property owners, which could be schools, hospitals or commercial properties. You will play a vital link in managing the relationships with the clients and delivering essential engineering support. The role will involve both telephone and email support, providing a first class customer service whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will manage a particular region or sector and your role will be to develop the relationships accordingly.
What you'll need to succeed
You've got strong customer support skills, you've provide customer support in a fast paced environment previously, and you've got a good eye for detail. You'll be hardworking, able to focus and not afraid of asking questions or making suggestions. Being a good team player is crucial; however you will also need to be able to work individually without constant supervision. You will need to have provided telephone customer support previously ideally in a facilities management, engineering or manufacturing driven company.
What you'll get in return
You'll get an hourly pay rate of £10 per hour. You'll be learning and developing skills in an organisation, which is industry leading and prides itself on the quality of its work. It is anticipated this interim role will last for a period of 3 months with the prospect of joining their permanent team. The office has onsite parking and canteen facilities.
