German speaking Customer Service Representative

Our client, a sports company is looking for a German Customer Service Representative, who will provide outstanding Client and Administrative support to German speaking clients.

As a German speaking Sales Administrator you will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients and handling of all information and enquiries. Profile

• Perfect fluency in written and spoken English and German
• Additional fluency in French or Dutch would be desirable
• Previous experience within customer support or customer service role is desirable but not essential
• Customer focus, with demonstrable skills in managing customer service enquiries
• An interest in sports is desirable
• A strong and confident communicator in the required languages
• A team player able to work well and communicate within the group
