The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about CRM and Marketing. The role will consist in managing the user development, processes and training on SAP CRM system as well as the execution and progress of marketing campaigns. The role is based in Central London, working for an international company with multiple offices around the world.
Within others, your main responsibilities will be:
*Managing all CRM data processes as well as the local office migrations onto SAP CRM.
*Identifying new features required on SAP, working with the global operations team and SAP development team on the development of these new features.
*Complete and maintain a SAP User manual outlining all key processes in regards to SAP, Hana, Hybris and the ipad app.
*Training new users on SAP. Complete 6 month and 12 reviews, setting objectives and reviewing performance against these objectives.
*Providing CRM support to all global CRM users.
*Running monthly reports against defined KPI's on opportunities and activities open and won.
*Run data auditing reports and identify any missing data on the key accounts and opportunities and work with the various teams to correct processes.
*Work with the Head of CRM on the development of the website.
*Provide monthly google analytic reporting on the performance of the campaigns.
*Check the interface with SAP and Marketo ensuring all forms and data processes are working as expected and data is being updated both in SAP on the website.
*Manage the development and execution of automated email programs to create more qualified leads and to win new ones. Be responsible for the execution of all the email marketing campaigns.
*Support the Head of CRM on any technical integrations with our marketing automation system, as well as managing a testing plan for email campaigns and landing pages.

Requirements:
*Fluent English. Any additional language is a plus but not required.
*Fantastic communication skills, both spoken and written.
*Knowledge and interest in CRM systems, ideally SAP or similar.
*Understanding of Marketing Automation - Marketo ideally.
*Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
*Good understanding of online behaviours and digital content consumption.
*Working knowledge of google analytics would be a distinct advantage.
