Product Manager

Our client is looking for a bright graduate or experienced administrator to join their Product Management team. The job would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and will relish having real responsibility from the start.

The company

Works with 70 different agencies in 65 different countries and is structured into three divisions.

They provide relationship intelligence for agencies, enabling them to better understand and manage their clients. They collect unbiased client feedback ('the truth') for agencies. They have intelligent tools to help agencies deal with that feedback effectively.

Role

The Product Manager is responsible for the flawless delivery of our product to clients.

Based in the London office, you will manage the administration of our survey and reports from beginning to end. This is a fast-paced role with peaks and troughs of activity.

Job specification

  • Work closely with Consultants and Client Managers to deliver excellent service to each of your agencies
  • Update and manage your clients' database at the beginning of each round ensuring highly accurate databases are maintained
  • Manage the fieldwork, ensuring surveys are sent out on time, and bounce-backs, low response levels are dealt with promptly
  • Prepare the client presentations, working with Client Managers to customise these where necessary
  • Arrange the Relationship Reviews with clients
  • Attend Relationships Reviews with a Consultant (where appropriate)
  • Ensure actions agreed in Relationship Reviews are noted and actioned
  • Prepare and send out dossiers, after the Relationship Review
  • Ensure our standard 'added value' reports are issued when a significant drop in feedback has been recorded
  • Update our self-survey database on your clients
  • Contribute to the company values of continuous improvement and simplicity by thinking about and suggesting changes to our process that will improve efficiency, reduce errors and make life easier for our clients
  • Attend Product Manager Team meetings, and training sessions
  • Responsible for handling highly confidential material, you are expected to follow procedures to ensure it is always secure.
